If for any reason your order is lost in transit, we will refund you in full or provide a new kit free of charge.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide you with a free replacement or refund you in full upon receipt of the item.

Your order is on the way (less than 40 days)
Items usually take 12-35 days to reach their destination from the time you placed your order. You can track your order here. If it has been less than 30 days since you placed your order, your item is most likely still on the way. In rare cases, it may take up to 40 days to receive your order. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.
Your order is on the way (40-50 days)
We will refund you 50%. Simply contact us at support@gem-vigor.com or our Facebook page. Your order is on the way (more than 50 days) 100% refund, no questions asked. Or we can send you the painting kit again free of charge. Received a defective item in your order? Sometimes mistakes or accidents happen. Please send photos of the defect to our support email at support@gem-vigor.com or our Contact Us page* clearly indicating the problem with the item. We will evaluate the item on a case-by-case basis and will then send a replacement or refund the order in full (100%) where it was not the buyer's fault. Please note. An item is considered defective when the defect renders the product unusable. We will evaluate these circumstances and decide if a replacement/refund should be granted.
